Taban is an accomplished electrical engineer and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the oil & gas and energy sectors, including senior roles at Cenovus Energy and Husky Energy. She holds a Master of Laws in Energy & Infrastructure from York University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta, and is the recipient of the 2023 IEEE PCIC Young Professional Achievement Award and a 2024 YWE Award.

Osama is an IT professional with over a decade of experience leading technology initiatives at Canadian Natural Resources Limited and Shell. He brings deep technical expertise across a range of disciplines including software development, IT policy and governance, and data analysis — driving the architecture and execution of the Splice N Connect platform.

Bryan is the CFO and Co-Founder of Avatar Innovations Inc., bringing over 18 years of capital markets experience from CIBC Capital Markets' Institutional Equities – Energy practice. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with High Honors in Finance from the Sprott School of Business and provides Splice N Connect with strategic financial and business guidance.

Bradley is a Principal Associate at Hawk & Squirrel Innovation Inc. with over 30 years of experience in technology development, including significant leadership roles at Suncor Energy focused on sustainability, zero-emissions power generation, and renewable fuels. He holds an MBA from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from McGill University.

Grant serves as Splice N Connect's fractional CFO, having built the company's financial model and led the financial side of the $1.75M pre-seed raise. His background spans private equity, energy storage, and corporate strategy — including a Chief of Staff role at Rockpoint Gas Storage (a Brookfield portfolio company) where he led a 5-year disposition strategy for ~$5B in assets.

Dennis brings over 30 years of oil & gas industry experience and 24 years of hands-on electrical expertise as a Certified Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician, and Alberta Electrical Safety Codes Officer. He previously spent nine years as a Senior Electrical Technologist at Husky Energy, managing electrical quality programs, leading incident investigations, and advising on electrical compliance across multiple provinces.

Kevin is the CEO and Co-Founder of Avatar Innovations, having spent 25 years on the front lines of energy innovation in numerous executive leadership roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science from McGill University and an MBA from the Haskayne School of Business, and serves on the boards of Energy Safety Canada and the Energy Technology Centre Foundation, as well as the steering committee of the Clean Resource Innovation Network (CRIN).
